Rolec Services Ltd of Boston, Lincolnshire, U.K. is one of the world’s leading specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of both outdoor and indoor electrical connection, hook-up and distribution equipment.  Established in 1990 and presently employing almost 100 personnel in our new, purpose-built office / showroom / warehouse / factory complex, Rolec’s product range is now regarded as the largest and most extensive of its kind in the electrical industry and continues to grow via its distribution network of representatives in over 40 countries around the globe.

QUALITY POLICY

Rolec Services aims to provide defect-free goods and services to its customers on time and within budget.  Since 1995, the company has operated under a quality management system that has gained BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification, including aspects specific to the design, supply and installation of services to the leisure industry.  Rolec complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and constantly monitors its quality and performance, implementing improvements when appropriate. 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

At Rolec Services we take environmental issues and our own environmental impact very seriously and ensure that all our employees understand and comply with our company environmental policy.  Some of our key policies include recycling of waste, bio-degradable packaging, membership of a recognized tree planting scheme, employee car share scheme, WEE spent lamp disposable scheme and we actively encourage our suppliers to recycle and use recycled materials. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Rolec Services takes the health and safety of both its employees and customers very seriously and operates a strict health and safety policy, which is reviewed quarterly in house and annually audited externally by an independent health and safety consultancy company.  All health and safety records are reviewed and maintained and are accessible at all times.
