Rolec EV approved for Ford Transit connect Electric
June 7th 2012Rolec EV has been confirmed as an approved manufacturer of EV charging stations for the new Ford Transit Connect Electric.
Ricardo Espinosa, Managing Director of European Operations for Azure (the company responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Ford Transit Connect’s electric drive system) confirmed that after rigorous and exhaustive testing, Rolec EV has been granted full approval for its electric vehicle charging stations to be utilised for the charging of all Ford Transit Connect electric vehicles.
Ricardo commented, “We were very impressed with Rolec EV’s extensive range of EV charging solutions, their expertise and know-how, in charging station manufacture and in particular, their ability to adapt in order to produce exactly what we were looking for.”
