Rolec Launches AutoCharge Wall Mount & Stand Alone Pedestal EV charging stations

Rolec EV, a division of Rolec Services Ltd, has added to its already extensive range of EV charging stations with the introduction of the new heavy duty and hardwearing AutoCharge EV charging range.

This new AutoCharge range has been designed to complement our existing range of charging solutions offering on-street and high risk location charging such as public car parks, shopping centres, supermarkets, leisure and sports centres and many other locations.

The stylish AutoCharge EV Charging range is available in both standalone pedestal and wall mount formats and is manufactured in a robust powder-coated steel housing, able to offer all types and modes of EV charging, including J1772 and IEC62196 connections as well as the ability to offer multi-point charging in a single station.

Bianca Alsop, our Rolec EV General Manager says that the AutoCharge range has been developed specifically to offer a low-cost, on-street charging solution and to prove that on-street  / public EV charging can be provided  without having to spend thousands of pounds per charging station.

This cost-effective on-street charging range is already proving to be a popular option, and has already gained both Cenex and PIP compliancy and is able to offer a number of charging management solutions including both “free to charge” and “pay as you charge” options.

The customer is able to customise both their AutoCharge pedestal or wall unit via an extensive range of options including a wide range of colours, lockable charging facilities, built-in Class 1 metering, RFID card readers, Information display screens, back office management systems, private Smartcard control network, LED charging status indicators and token payment facilities amongst others.
