Wall Mounted EV Charge Points For BP

Rolec EV have supplied BP with a large number of AutoCharge: EV wall mounted charging points.

These bespoke white EV charging units, installed at BP’s Exploration Centre in Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex, offer 16amp (3.6kw) and 32amp (7.2kw) Mode 3 fast charging via Type 2 charging sockets complete with security hatchlocks.

Kieron Alsop, Managing Director of Rolec, commented:  “The AutoCharge wall units chosen by BP offer a robust, hard wearing EV charging solution specifically designed and manufactured for commercial and public facing applications.

“These particular units feature our easy to operate pay-by-token charging solution, complete with charge time availability digital display screen and tariff configurator. 

“Each unit also features built-in LED status indicators, is manufactured to fully comply with IEC 61581-1 specifications, and can be individually branded to suit customer and corporate requirements.”
