WallPod EV Charging Stations Awarded BS EN 60335-1 Safety in the Home Certification

Rolec EV is delighted to confirm that the British Standards Institute (BSI) recently carried out extensive testing on the WallPod unit and we are pleased to announce that this innovative, multi-functional product has been awarded the BS EN 60335-1 certification, verifying its suitability and safety for use in both domestic households and commercial markets.

Quality and safety are key requirements in all of Rolec EV's extensive EV charging points and charging stations and the WallPod is no exception. 

With the emphasis firmly on safety, the WallPod EV chargers is perfectly suited to cater for the needs of homeowners' electric vehicle charging requirements.  The versatile nature of this product enables it to cater for a wide variety of current and future EV charging solutions, whilst its modular design allows it to be easily adapted to suit every EV charging type and mode.

13amp domestic socket (in association with mode 2 power cables)

16amp and 32amp industrial sockets(in association with mode 2 power cables)

J1772 and IEC62196 EV charging sockets with mode 3 communications

J1772 and IEC62196 tethered lead and charging gun with mode 3 communications

Both WallPod base units and service Pods are available in a range of colours which can be mixed and matched to suit your individual colour scheme or company corporate colours.
