A Rolec first in Uruguay

We are delighted to have recently completed our first marina project in Uruguay. 

The project, known as Puerto de Punta Del Este Marina, is located in a popular tourist resort in Southern Uruguay and included the design and supply of 120 x 4 way Classic service pedestals, all with computer-control provided by the Rolec BerthMaster electricity and water management system. All pedestals were air freighted directly to a local contractor in record time, who installed them to Rolec’s instructions, drawings and method statements. Once the pedestals were installed, Rolec engineers flew to Uruguay to inspect the installation and commission the BerthMaster electricity and water management system as well as provide on-site staff training and operation and maintenance manuals. 

Although this was our first marina in Uruguay and a long way from home, we were extremely pleased with how the project went and how comfortably our engineers integrated with local contractors, the marina’s staff and owners.
