WallPod Awarded Safety in the Home Certification

The British Standards Institute (BSI) recently carried out extensive testing on the WallPod unit and we are pleased to announce that this innovative, multi-functional product has been awarded the BS EN 60335-1 certification, verifying its suitability and safety for use in both domestic households and commercial markets.

Quality and safety are key requirements in all of Rolec's extensive product range and the WallPod is no exception.  The recent testing undertaken by BSI was to confirm and endorse that the design of the WallPod unit had incorporated the necessary safety features and segregation required to enable water and electricity to be provided from the same unit. 

It is our belief that WallPod is the only product of its type currently available on the market that provides the necessary independently-tested safety certification required, giving peace of mind to both installers and users that WallPod has the capability to deliver both electricity and water in a safe, compact unit.
