EVO App Account and Data Deleting Guide

I Want My EVO Account and Data Deleting


If you wish to delete your Rolec EVO account and all associated data, follow the steps below:


  1. Open the Rolec EVO app.

  2. Navigate to the Account/Person tab at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Press "Account Cancellation."

  4. Confirm by pressing "Yes, Cancel."


Once you confirm, your account will be permanently deleted. This means:

  • You will no longer be able to use your account.

  • All personal data associated with your account will be erased.

  • Any chargers linked to your account will be forgotten.

  • Any shared accounts will lose control of the associated charge points.


Alternatively, you can request the deletion of your account by emailing technicalsupport@rolecserv.co.uk. Make sure to specify that you would like your account and all associated data to be deleted.


Please note: This process is irreversible, and once completed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
