My smart charger has dropped offline, meaning that I cannot connect to the unit. What should I do?

You should start by resetting the charger, to do this you simply need to power the unit down for at least 10 seconds and then switch the power back on. Once you have done this the unit will reboot and should come back online within 5-6 mins.

If you have tried this and are still experiencing issues in connecting, please contact your app provider as this could potentially be software related.

If the above does not resolve your issues, please contact the electrical installer who installed your charging unit. They will then investigate the issue, which could be a poor SIM signal. If they are still unable to understand and diagnose the issue, we will liaise with them to resolve the problems you are facing.
